SECURE 2% LOAN FOR YOUR APARTMENT IN MI9

WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR THE SECURE 2% LOAN?​

  1. An individual who is under 45 years old.
  2. An individual who does not own a flat, house, or cooperative right to a premises.

What is the loan amount?

The maximum loan amount is 500,000 PLN for an individual. The highest amount is 600,000 PLN for married couples or parents with a child.

What is the subsidy about?

The subsidy for mortgage loan installments is the difference between the fixed rate determined based on the average interest rate of fixed-rate loans in lending banks and the loan interest rate at a rate of 2%. The subsidy is granted for a period of 10 years.
